Pre-pointe/Pointe Intensive

Join our two week intensive program especially designed for pre-pointe - beginner pointe work!

Week One: Pre-pointe Ages 10+ OR Ballet 2+
July 22nd - July 26th
9:00am - 3:00pm
$300 - week one ONLY

• strength and conditioning
• flexibility 
• Pre-pointe exercises
• technique in preparation for pointe 

Week Two: Pre-Pointe/New to Pointe Ages 12+ 
July 29th - August 2nd
9:00am - 3:00pm
$500 - Both weeks

• Sewing Ribbons/Elastics
• Pointe Shoe fittings
• Beginning Pointe work
• Strengthening Pointe Exercises

** Please note, attendance in week one is mandatory for week two admittance

All dancers looking to participate in week two must participate in week one. Please note, attending this workshop does not guarantee permission to get pointe shoes. Receiving pointe shoes are based on age, technical ability, maturity and experience.
