March 17th - May 31st, 2025

Alamo City Mariachi Academy operates on a seasonal basis, with our current season running from March 17th – May 31st. Tuition is billed at the beginning of each month and is required for continued enrollment.
Group Classes
  • Tuition for group classes is $20 per hour.
  • Tuition is billed monthly based on the number of scheduled classes in the upcoming month.
  • Tuition may vary depending on how many weeks are in each month since some months may have more or fewer weeks of classes.
  • Payments are processed at the beginning of each month through auto-pay.
Private Lessons
  • Private lesson rates vary by instructor and range from $65 to $80 per lesson.
  • Tuition for private lessons is billed at the start of each month based on the scheduled lessons for that month. 
​​Trial Classes & Drop-In Classes
  • At this time, we do not offer trial classes, however students are welcome to come in to drop-in classes. 
  • Drop-in classes are $25 per class.
  • Drop-in students must pay before taking class—no exceptions.
  • Drop-in availability is not guaranteed and depends on space in the class.
Enrollment & Auto-Pay
  • All students must enroll in auto-pay upon registration.
  • Tuition is charged in advance for the upcoming month to ensure minimum enrollment requirements are met for each class.
  • If you wish to withdraw from a class, you must notify us by the 25th of the previous month; otherwise, your tuition will be charged as scheduled.
Late Fees & Missed Payments
  • A $25 late fee will be charged if payment is not received within 5 days of the due date or for any returned check.
  • Tuition must be paid in full to continue attending classes.
Missed Classes & Refund Policy
  • There are no refunds for missed classes.
  • Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance, and refunds or credits are not provided for missed lessons.
