This exciting camp is led by the renowned Shawn Kjos and the talented team at the Alamo City Stage Company. Inspired by the recently released movie Wicked, this musical theater camp will immerse young performers in the arts of singing, dancing, acting, and costume design, bringing the enchanting characters and stories of Oz to life once again.
Campers will explore iconic songs, dance routines, and acting techniques, while delving into costume design to create their own character looks. The week will culminate in a thrilling showcase performance on Friday, where campers will take the stage to shine in front of friends and family.
Camp Details:
- Ages 5-8: Emerald City Explorers - A fun and interactive introduction to theater, focusing on acting, singing, and beginner-level choreography.

CITs will perform in the showcase alongside campers, contribute to costume and set creation, and experience the thrill of bringing the world of Wicked to life.
- This program is ideal for teens who love theater and want hands-on experience both on stage and behind the scenes. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to lead, create, and perform!
